Shipping and Handling
Orders are packed and shipped between Monday and Friday. Once packaged, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
*Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. *
Customers are responsible for packages once marked 'delivered' by USPS or Canada Post. If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local post office.
Please note, Cavalli Lash is not responsible for any lost packages due to address error. Please ensure all relevant address information is inputted correctly during checkout. (i.e Postal Code, Apartment Number)
Cavalli Lash is not responsible for packages bounced back due to addresses not being updated. As per billing policies, we cannot ship your package again to your new address if you have not updated your address prior to your billing date. Please email our support team or login to your account to update your address before your billing date to prevent missed-packages.
